Grayslake Galaxy Soccer Club

My coaching philosophy is to educate and provide several opportunities for athletes to respond and practice skills and strategies of soccer.  I value the lessons learned and relationships formed both on and off the field.  I hope to develop individual player skills as well as teach and demonstrate the importance of teamwork.  Player development and understanding of the game will assist in the growth and progression of the athletes as they advance in their playing career.  Likewise, hard work and dedication are necessary in order to achieve success.
